I promised myself I would not put up silly videos of Seattle buses shredding like snowboards during this week’s Snowmegeddeon 2010. So what’s left you may ask?
OK I found this video of a guy playing a great example of a folk sub genre - death in the snow tune. Except he’s playing it in a blizzard. I don’t why it fascinates me so much. I hope he lived.
This Sunday we are “under the influence of snow”. Here in Seattle we survived Snowmeggedeon 2010.
It wasn’t easy, it was only the music babies that got us through.
We got your Peter Fedofsky, Peter Rowan, Peter Lang that’s more than enough of the Peters! But they all have snow songs, I am tellin’ true.
And so much more snow song goodness that it is beyond believing.
